Interested in joining our research group?
We have various opportunities to join our Lab ranging from masters research projects, research assistants, or internships. Or perhaps you wish to learn how to make sap flow sensors , or get more comfortable with data analysis? Get in touch!
Sap flow internship available in our Lab!
We have a two-three month internship in the Boreal Ecohydrology Laboratory, at SLU in Umeå, Sweden. It is offered to students or researchers interested in learning methods for tree water transport (sap flow), specifically heat pulse and heat dissipation methods.
The internship includes transport from anywhere in the world, bench fee (working area), access to loggers, sap flow and other sensors, materials to make sensors, etc., and the freedom to conduct your own research project (inside heat dissipation or heat pulse methods). As part of the internship, the selected person is expected to process data from heat dissipation sensors from boreal forests. We cannot make arrangements for visa or any other migratory documents.
The internship can start as early as mid-July. Get in touch if you need more info.
